What should I expect to happen once
I place an online order?
When your order is received, it will
be processed within 24 hours. You will automatically
be sent an email confirming your order has been
received within a short period after placing your
order. If you do not receive an automatic email
confirmation, please contact us to see if we have
received your order. You'll also be sent an email if
any item on your order is sold-out or on backorder.

Why isn’t my browser working with
your site?
Ordering from our site requires the
use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using
Netscape 4.0 or later, or Microsoft IE 3.02 or later.
For AOL users, either the 3.0 or 4.0 AOL client for
PCs or the 4.0 AOL client for Macs is recommended.
Also, your browser preferences must be set to accept
"cookies." For more information on this,
please see "Browser

Why is my order empty?
Your browser could be configured to
not accept "cookies." This site uses cookies
to keep items added to an order "attached"
to the correct shopper. Cookies also save you from
having to type in all of your billing information
every time you order an item. You can change your
browser option to accept cookies in the preferences.

numbers listed beside the product descriptions.

How do I know if ordering online is
secure? What are you going to do with my name and
order information?
We encrypt all your information when
placing an order online, transmitting over the
Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure
mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the
page and an unbroken key or lock at the bottom left
corner of the page. Lamination Station does not rent
or sell information we get from Web orders or email
registrations to third parties. For more information,

How do I order online?
We strive to make it as easy as
possible for you to order. When shopping online,
simply add an item to your order from any product page
by clicking on the price show in blue, clicking on
"Buy" buttons, or shopping cart icons. Then,
follow the on-screen directions. You can always call

do accept international orders online. For more

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, NOVUS (Discover), and all Government
Purchasing cards such as IMPAC and SmartPay. For your
protection, we always verify that your information is
correct. Therefore, we cannot accept credit cards from
banks that don't allow address verification over the
internet.
